Part III - Narrative
State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof could not be file within the prescribed period.
There will be a delay in filing the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2022, because the Company needs additional time to finish the Report and furnish Certifications. As previously reported, the Company removed A. David Youssefyeh as a director and its Chief Financial Officer; we are arranging for a replacement for purpose of the Certification and to ensure the Report is accurate and complete in discussing these management changes.
