Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 8, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that Jason Niswonger, Chief Administrative and Sustainability Officer, Jeffrey Hire, President of External Affairs, and Darren Hicks, Managing Director of Investor Relations, will participate in the RBC Capital Markets Global Industrials Conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 13, 2022 and that Jeffrey Edwards, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, and Michael Miller, Chief Financial Officer, will join Messrs. Hire and Hicks for the virtual 15th Annual Zelman Housing Summit on September 20, 2022. The Company also announced that Messrs. Miller and Hicks will participate in the AllianceBernstein and Columbia Threadneedle Investments Small & Mid-Cap Investor Summit held in New York, New York on September 21, 2022.
