On April 24, 2014, Extended Stay America, Inc. and ESH Hospitality, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of ESH Hospitality, Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the first quarter of 2014, payable to ESH Hospitality, Inc.’s Class A and Class B common shareholders. The dividend will be payable on May 22, 2014 to shareholders of record as of May 8, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in this Item 8.01.
