(the “Partnership”), hereby requests that the effectiveness of the Registration Statement be accelerated so that it will become effective at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on May 17, 2016, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
In connection with the Partnership’s request for acceleration of the effective date of the Registration Statement, the Partnership acknowledges the following:
