On July 31, 2024, Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (“MAA”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated results of operations and financial condition as of June 30, 2024 and for the three and six months then ended (the “Press Release”). Copies of the Press Release and supplemental data schedules are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report.
