(the “Operating Partnership”) entered into an underwriting agreement (the “Underwriting Agreement”) with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as representatives of the several underwriters listed on Schedule 1 attached to the Underwriting Agreement, in connection with the public offering by the Operating Partnership of $300,000,000 million aggregate principal amount of the Operating Partnership’s 1.100% Senior Notes due 2026 and $300,000,000 million aggregate principal amount of the Operating Partnership’s 2.875% Senior Notes due 2051.
