Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 2, 2014, the Board of Directors of Western Refining Logistics GP, LLC, the general partner of Western Refining Logistics, LP (the “Partnership”), declared a quarterly cash distribution for the first quarter 2014 of $0.2975 per unit. The distribution will be paid on May 26, 2014, to all unitholders of record on May 16, 2014. On May 5, 2014, the Partnership issued a press release announcing this cash distribution. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Partnership's corporate governance guidelines, which it adopted in connection with its initial public offering in October 2013, are available on the Investor Relations section of its website at www.wnrl.com.
