Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 14, 2019, Blue Capital Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) announced it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share, which is payable on April 15, 2019 to holders of record as of March 29, 2019.

In addition, the Company expects to release its first quarter 2019 results after the market close on May 2, 2019. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
