Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 18, 2015, Realty Capital Securities, LLC (“RCS”), the dealer manager of the initial public offering of American Realty Capital Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company that it had elected to suspend sales activities it performs pursuant to the dealer manager agreement for the Company’s initial public offering, effective immediately. There can be no assurance as to when RCS will resume sales activities, if at all.
