Explanation of Responses:

1. This Amendment is being filed to correct the vesting commencement date and provide the vesting schedule for the stock option grant.

2. The options to purchase shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Cadrenal Therapeutics, Inc., which options vest and become exercisable 1/12th on October 1, 2022 and the balance vests 1/12th every three (3) months thereafter, subject to the reporting person's continued service to the Company.
