1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $8.40 to $8.485, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Frank's International N.V. (the "Issuer"), any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote (1) to this Form 4.

2. As of September 19, 2018, the Steven Brent Mosing Family, L.L.C. ("SBM LLC") directly owns 7,918,667 shares of Frank's International N.V.'s common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share. SBM LLC is controlled by Steven B. Mosing, in his capacity as its sole manager.
