Physicians Realty Trust (the “Company”) is furnishing information on this Current Report on Form 8-K/A solely to update the investor presentation slides attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

From June 3rd to June 6th, 2019 as part of Nareit's REITweek: 2019 Investor Conference, members of senior management will be presenting to or conducting one-on-one meetings with investors and analysts about Physicians Realty Trust (the “Company”).
