(“CBC Partners”) is the general partner of China Broadband. CBC Ultimate LLC (“CBC Ultimate”) is the general partner of CBC Partners. Info Expert Service Ltd. (“Info Expert”) is the sole shareholder of CBC Ultimate.  Suning Tian controls Info Expert.
