Sungy Mobile Announces Management Resignation
Guangzhou, China, April 10, 2015 – Sungy Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: GOMO) (“Sungy Mobile” or the “Company”), a leading provider of mobile internet products and services globally with a focus on applications and mobile platform development, today announced that Mr. Aihua Huang has tendered his resignation as officer in charge of technology of the Company, effective April 10, 2015, due to personal reasons.
Mr. Yuqiang Deng, chief executive officer of Sungy Mobile, stated, “On behalf of the Company, we would like to thank Aihua for his significant contribution to the Company’s growth and development, especially with our GO series product, since he joined us in May 2010. It has been a pleasure working with Aihua. The entire management team and I respect his decision to resign, thank him for his service to the Company over the years and wish him the utmost success in his future endeavors. We will continue to focus on our core strengths, with an emphasis on product innovation, in order to drive the growth of the Company going forward.”
