Explanation of Responses:

1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $7.50 to $7.62, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Frank's International N.V. (the "Issuer"), any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in footnote (1) to this Form 4.

2. As of June 1, 2018, WBM Partnership, LP ("WBM") directly owns 8,164,859 shares of Frank's International N.V.'s common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share (the "Common Stock"). WBM is controlled by William Bradford Mosing, in his capacity as managing member of WBM's general partner. Mr. Mosing disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by WBM, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

3. The 25,226 shares reported are owned directly by the Trust u/l/w Janice P. Mosing f/b/o Victoria R. Mosing, of which William B. Mosing is the trustee. Mr. Mosing disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by the trust, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

4. The 25,226 shares reported are owned directly by the Trust u/l/w Janice P. Mosing f/b/o Jaclyn E. Mosing, of which William B. Mosing is the trustee. Mr. Mosing disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by the trust, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

5. The 39,145 shares reported are owned directly by the By-Pass Corporate Stock Trust u/l/w Janice P. Mosing f/b/o William B. Mosing, of which William B. Mosing is the trustee. Mr. Mosing disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by the trust, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

6. This amendment is being filed to report the sales of 440,185 shares on May 31, 2018 and June 1, 2018 by the 2016 Mosing Family Delaware Trust f/b/o William Bradford Mosing, of which William B. Mosing is the investment advisor. Mr. Mosing disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock owned by the trust, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

Remarks:

The Reporting Person is a reporting person solely as a result of being a party to that certain Voting Agreement, dated July 22, 2013, by and among Ginsoma Family C.V., FWW B.V., Mosing Holdings, LLC and the other parties thereto.
