Village Farms International to Hold 2020 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders in Virtual Format
Vancouver, BC, June 4, 2020 –Village Farms International, Inc. (“Village Farms” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:VFF) (TSX:VFF) today announced it will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on June 25, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time in a virtual format.
Due to the uncertain public health impactof COVID-19 and in consideration of the health and safety of the Company’s shareholders, colleagues and boarder community, this year’s meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format only. Shareholders will be able to listen to, participate in and vote at the Meeting in real time througha web-based platform (access information below).
