1. Options become exercisable as to 2,782 shares on 5/5/2015, 2,781 shares on 5/5/2016 and the remaining 2,781 shares on 5/5/2017.

2. Options become exercisable as to 3,405 shares on 4/10/2016, 3,404 shares on 4/10/2017 and the remaining 3,404 shares on 4/10/2018.

3. Options become exercisable as to 5,333 shares on 5/5/2017, 5,332 shares on 5/5/2018 and the remaining 5,332 shares on 5/5/2019.

4. Options became exercisable as to 2,797 shares on 5/10/2018 and 2,796 shares on 5/10/2019. The remaining 2,796 shares vest on 5/10/2020.

5. Options became exercisable as to 4,940 shares on 5/10/2019. The remaining 9,878 shares vest as follows: 4,939 shares on 5/10/2020 and 4,939 shares on 5/10/2021.
