Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 6, 2020, Oxford Immunotec Global PLC (the "Company") accepted the resignation of Stefan Linn, our Chief Operating Officer, effective April 15, 2020. Mr. Linn will be leaving the Company to pursue another opportunity.
