Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
In connection with the filing of the Company’s transition report on form 10-Q with the Commission on December 8, 2014, the Company disclosed in the report the change in its year end from July 31st to June 30th, which change was made by the Board of Directors on December 8, 2014, and which by this filing should be reflected on the Commission’s website for the Company’s filings.
