On April 13, 2021, Prime Meridian Holding Company issued a statement that its asset size has increased to $729.0 million as of April 12, 2021. Part of this growth resulted from the second round of Paycheck Protection Program ("PPP") loans. As of April 12, 2021, the Company has submitted 434 applications to the Small Business Administration ("SBA") for a dollar amount of $44.5 million. Of this amount, 414 loans, for a dollar amount of $43.9 million, have been approved and funded. Additionally, 310 Round One PPP loans, or $31.7 million, have been forgiven year-to-date through April 12, 2021.
