| | On January 23, 2025, we announced we will release our fourth-quarter and year-end 2024 earnings after the market closes on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, and will participate in a conference call and live webcast at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (10 a.m. Central Standard Time) on Thursday, February 20, 2025. The call will also be carried live on our website. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
