Amendment No. 257 was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) via EDGAR (Accession No. 0001398344-21-020502) on October 27, 2021 to introduce one new series of the Trust: the AXS Short Bitcoin Strategy ETF (the “Fund”). In response to the Staff’s request, we are requesting withdrawal of Amendment No. 257. Amendment No. 257 has not yet become effective and no securities have been sold in connection with the filing.
