Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 14, 2014, RSP Permian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release regarding its results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
