Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 10, 2014, RSP Permian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release regarding its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

In addition, on November 10, 2014, the Company posted a third quarter presentation and an investor presentation on the Company’s website, www.rsppermian.com. Members of the Company’s management will use the investor presentation in meetings with institutional investors and analysts and at investor conference presentations.
