On January 28, 2018, Ted Collins, Jr., a director of RSP Permian, Inc. (the “Company”) since January 2014, died unexpectedly. The Company issued a press release, attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, in appreciation of Mr. Collins’ service to the Company.
