Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares were repurchased by the issuer as of June 30, 2018 pursuant to an Offer to Repurchase dated as of April 5, 2018 (the "Offer"). Pursuant to the terms of the Offer, the purchase price of the shares will be equal to net asset value of the shares as of June 30, 2018, which will be determined by the issuer within 30 days of the transaction date, unless the existence of changes in tax or other laws or regulations or unusual market conditions result in a delay. The reporting person undertakes to provide any security holder of Blackstone Real Estate Income Fund II or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, the purchase price for the shares once such information is provided to the reporting person.

2. 6,346.24 shares were acquired through the issuer's dividend reinvestment plan.
