Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 21, 2022, Greenwave Technology Solutions, Inc. (“Greenwave”) issued a press release in which it announced that its application to uplist its common stock to The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) has been approved by The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC and that Greenwave’s common stock will commence trading on Nasdaq commencing at the opening of the market on July 22, 2022.
