Note: This "Exit" Form 4 is voluntarily filed to report solely that the Reporting Person is no longer serving in the role as the Issuer's President and Principal Executive Officer and as a Trustee of the Issuer, effective as of May 6, 2024, and therefore is no longer subject to Section 16 reporting. The Reporting Person did not have any transactions in the Issuer's securities at the time of filing of this voluntary "Exit" Form 4 and currently holds less than 10% of the securities of the Issuer.
