Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 26, 2017, Civeo Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary estimated financial information for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, its assessment of recent macroeconomic developments affecting its business and its financial outlook for the year ending December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
