Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 5, 2016, Civeo Corporation (the “Company”), LNG Canada and Bird Construction Inc. (“Bird”) issued a joint press release announcing the commencement of engineering and planning work on a 4,500 person lodge (the “Centre”) in Kitimat, British Columbia, Canada. LNG Canada selected the Bird-Civeo Joint Venture as the contractor for the design and construction of the Centre. The Bird-Civeo Joint Venture includes wholly-owned subsidiaries of each of Bird and the Company. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
