On April 29, 2019, Miragen Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing new data from its preclinical study evaluating remlarsen, amicroRNA-29 replacement, exploring the anti-fibrotic effects of remlarsen in the cornea of rats after corneal ulceration. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
