MIRAGEN ANNOUNCES PROPOSED PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK AND WARRANTS TO
PURCHASE COMMON STOCK
BOULDER, CO, February 6, 2020 – miRagen Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGEN), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development ofRNA-targeted therapies, today announced that it intends to offer for sale shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the common stock and warrants to purchase common stock are being offered by miRagen. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
