On November 10, 2015, Riverview Financial Corporation (“Riverview”) issued a press release announcing the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals to complete its acquisition of The Citizens National Bank of Meyersdale (“Citizens”) and announcing December 16, 2015 as the deadline for Citizens’ shareholders to submit their election as to the merger consideration they desire to receive, subject to proration as provided in the Agreement and Plan of Merger between Riverview and Citizens, dated October 30, 2014. That press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
