Item 8.01 Other Events
Malibu Boats, Inc. (the “Company) is extending the shutdown of its facilities until at least April 14 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Company will evaluate the need to keep its facilities shutdown on a weekly basis and will announce when it has commenced operations again.
