Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock options exercised herein reflect the cashless exercise of certain options scheduled to expire on March 6, 2023. In connection with the Company's 2018 Option Plan, On March 6, 2023, Mr. Lustgarten exercised 100,000 options on a cashless basis. For this transaction, the number of shares received by Mr. Lustgarten was 52,191. Following the net exercise, Mr. Lustgarten will have 0 remaining options from the grant on March 6, 2018.

2. The options were issued pursuant to a grant under the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan.

Remarks:

Prior to the transaction reported herein, Mr. Lustgarten held 922,631 shares of the issuer's common stock. A portion of the shares held by Mr. Lustgarten are held in the name of his entity, Walefar Investments Ltd.
