Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 26, 2015, the board of trustees of United Development Funding Income Fund V authorized a special distribution to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2015. The distribution will be equal to $0.1325 per common share of beneficial interest. This distribution will be paid in cash on June 30, 2015 only from legally available funds.
