Operating income of $122 million versus Operating income of $10 million in the prior year. Adjusted OIBDA of $182 million versus $159 million in the prior year. Total revenues decreased 1% year-over-year, including approx. 250 bps related to FX. Digital advertising revenues increased 63% year-over-year, representing approx. 33% of total advertising revenues.
