1. Of these 85,815 Common Units, 58,449 are Restricted Incentive Units that were granted under the company's long-term incentive plan. Of such 58,449 Restricted Incentive Units, 5,925 are scheduled to vest on January 1, 2021, 5,014 are scheduled to vest on June 20, 2021, 9,363 are scheduled to vest on January 1, 2022, 21,700 are scheduled to vest on January 1, 2023, and 16,447 are scheduled to vest on April 1, 2023.
