Item 8.01. Other Events.
Effective as of August 7, 2020, AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) suspended sales under its previously-announced “at the market” equity offering program (the “ATM Program”), in light of the Company’s recent completion of its comprehensive refinancing and current market conditions. No sales have been effected pursuant to the ATM Program to date. If the Company determines in the future to resume potential sales pursuant to the ATM Program, it intends to notify investors and other interested parties by means of a current report on Form 8-K or other public announcement.
