Resignation of a Director
On October 11, 2022, Tarena International, Inc. (NASDAQ: TEDU) (“Tarena” or the “Company”), a leading provider of adult professional education and childhood & adolescent quality education services in China, announced that Mr. Yongji Sun (“Mr. Sun”) has tendered his resignation as director of the Company due to the expiration of his current term, effective October 31, 2022. Mr. Sun has confirmed that his resignation does not involve any disagreement with the Company.
