Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 14, 2015, Tribune Publishing Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share of common stock. The record date for the dividend is January 11, 2016, and the dividend is payable on February 11, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
