On April 13, 2020, Grubhub Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on business conditions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and revisions to the Company’s financial guidance. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
