1. Restricted stock units, which are one-for-one ordinary share equivalents, acquired by the reporting person on May 1, 2015 pursuant to the Issuer's long term incentive plan and vested immediately prior to the Issuer's annual general meeting of shareholders on May 19, 2016.

2. These ordinary shares were forfeited to satisfy tax obligations related to the vesting of the reporting person's restricted stock unit award.
