On February 24, 2015, La Quinta Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2014 on a pro forma basis after giving effect to the Company’s initial public offering and the related transactions described therein, as well as the Company’s results of operations for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2014 on an historical basis. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in this Item 2.02.
