1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. 25% of the RSUs vest on each anniversary of January 31, 2018.

2. The sales reported on this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on March 20, 2017.

3. 25% of the shares subject to the option vested and became exercisable on November 1, 2016 and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option vests and becomes exercisable monthly thereafter.
