Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 25, 2016, Zoe's Kitchen, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for the twelve and fifty-two weeks ended December 28, 2015, and that the Company would review these results in a conference call at 5:00 p.m. (EST) on February 25, 2016. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
