Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 22, 2016, Zoe's Kitchen, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for the twelve and twenty-eight weeks ended July 11, 2016, and that the Company would review these results in a conference call at 4:30 p.m. (EST) on August 22, 2016. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
