Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On October 4, 2019, Tricida, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it would host an Investor Day on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company’s management team will provide a comprehensive overview of the Company’s commercialization strategy and market opportunity for its drug candidate, veverimer (also known as TRC101), in the treatment of metabolic acidosis in patients with chronic kidney disease. The event will also feature presentations and a moderated discussion with leading clinicians and researchers on the treatment landscape for metabolic acidosis.
A live webcast of the event, and the accompanying slide presentation, may be accessed through the Presentations & Events page in the Investors section of the Company’s website at www.tricida.com. A replay of the webcast will be available following the event for three months.
