Item 8.01 | Other Events |
As previously reported, on January 11, 2023, Tricida, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Filing”), thereby commencing a Chapter 11 case for the Company (Case No. 23-10024)).
During the pendency of its Chapter 11 case, in lieu of filing annual reports on Form 10-K and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q under Section 13(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company expects to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, under cover of current reports on Form 8-K, copies of the monthly financial reports required to be filed with the Court pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2015, as well as other material information concerning developments in its bankruptcy proceedings.
