Weibo Announces an Investment in Xiaoju

Weibo Corporation (Nasdaq: WB) has agreed to invest $142 million in Didi Taxi and Kuaidi Taxi in their latest round of equity financing, through their Cayman Islands holding company, Xiaoju Kuaizhi Inc.
